Mizuhiki Zaiku – Beginning  New!! Weekend!! 日本語OK!!

Learn the fundamentals of the Japanese art of mizuhiki zaiku and create colorful masterpieces. In this one-day workshop, you will learn the basic cord-knotting techniques to make a flower. Instructor Haruko Shimizu is a master mizuhiki sensei and the first licensed instructor in the U.S.A. (日本語解説可) Supplies needed: small wire cutters, scissors, needle-nosed pliers. Mizuhiki cords will be provided in class. Extra cords may be available for purchase from the instructor.
